This is an excellent Tumeric supplement. I had done some research prior to purchasing and, according to WebMD, Tumeric and in particular, Curcumin, has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and perhaps even anti-cancer properties. I've experienced less inflammation after taking it, and find much quicker recovery after workouts. I liked Herbtonics® brand because it has a very high concentration of Tumeric Extract - 450 mg. A lot of other brands don't have this. I would highly recommend this product.
