Instant Protein Shake Recipes!

There are two ways to make it: You can either use the ready-made protein powder with any fruit shake or make a complete organic protein shake by yourself, without that powder. Here are 3 recipes that will help you with your diet plan:

Recipe 1


Simple Banana Protein Shake (without protein powder)


  • 1 raw egg 

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk 

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder 

  • 4 bananas 

  • 2 dates

  • 1 small bowl of ice

Instructions: Mix them all well in the blender and enjoy 30 g of all-natural protein shake

Chocolate Protein Shake (with protein powder)


  • 1 large banana

  • 2–3 large ice cubes

  • 1 cup of milk 

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder 

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp pure peppermint extract

  • 1 tbsp dark/vegan chocolate chips (optional)

  • Homemade whipped cream and Oreo cookies for topping 

Instructions: mix them all together, blend and enjoy a healthy protein shake with fresh peppermint extract and protein powder.

Yogurt, Fruit and Nuts Protein Shake (without protein powder, for winters) 


  • 3/4 cup coconut water

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)

  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/3 cup frozen mango

  • 1 date

  • A spoon of chia seeds for a protein boost

Instructions: blend them together and enjoy this tropical protein shake in winters!
