For me, it seems like I’m able to go longer between doses of my pain meds. I also live in Colorado, so the crazy weather tends to cause me problems esp in my joints. I also had a procedure in early September 2020; the incision points were taking what seems like forever to heal. My scars have improved significantly and aren’t nearly as noticeable anymore... also I can tell my skin is looking healthier too. Because of my success, my friend started to use it as well. In early January 2021, I started my 2nd bottle increasing to 3 pills a day and I will continue to purchase this product as long as it’s available!!

It’s gluten free which was important to me as well and reasonable in price. So after 30 days I can see a sign if ace improvement in my nails, they are growing and finally stronger (I have brittle and short nails). My hair feels thicker and is growing faster than usual. My knee joint pain that I had before is gone. Will definitely purchase again and again!
