Normally I do a juice cleanse once a month but thought I would try this. In the past most colon cleanse products are simply just a laxative. This did not upset my stomach nor did it act as a laxative. Most supplements take a week or so for me to notice the results, this I noticed starting day two and I am continuing to take it after day 15. I am a highly active runner and climber. So staying healthy and getting rid of toxins is important.
