I bought one while ago back 2020 during summer months. I was quarantined for while. Not sick just my ulcerative colitis, high risk patient, low immune system and taking a biological drug on top of it. Anyways I workout a lot and eat healthy about 80/20 and try to live healthy lifestyle. I’m anemic so I don’t get a lot of iron, so I have to take supplements and up it with food like beef. I found this product and read the reviews. Check them out and their website. Everything and everyone seemed to be legit. Took chance and I noticed results about 3 days into it. Remember everyone is different and reacts differently with supplements. I like it has other things help push and make more blood cells. I like beet root in it. Not everyone has it. Plus beet root pushes more blood into the veins. I did buy their Organs and Collagen works great with iron and multi. Helps IBS, Crohns, and Ulcerative Colitis patients.
